Recording product purchases

Product purchases help you keep track of spending, stock and warranties. A purchase is always for a product in your collection.

Adding a purchase

   Open Product purchases

   Go to More and choose Product purchases. Then tap the Add button in the top right corner. If the list is empty, you can use the Add your first purchase button.

   Add a product if the list is empty

   If you have no products in your collection, the form shows No products and an Add a product button. Add a product to your collection first.

   Choose the product

   In the purchase form, choose a product from your collection. This field is required.

   Set the purchase date

   The purchase date is required. The form suggests today’s date.

   Enter the price and quantity

   The price and quantity are optional. If you enter both, the app shows the calculated total.

   Record the pack size

   In the Pack size and Unit fields, you can record how much product one pack holds, for example 1 l, 5 kg or 250 ml.

   Add the shop and warranty

   You can type the shop name or use a suggestion. In the Warranty field, enter the number of months if you want to keep track of it.

   Save the purchase

   Add notes if you need them, then tap Add purchase.
