Using Analytics

Analytics shows summaries and charts based on the data saved in the app. By default, the screen shows the Year to date period and Completed treatments.

Analytics filters

   Open Analytics

   Go to More and choose Analytics.

   Choose the period

   In the Period field, you can choose Year to date, Previous month, Previous quarter, Last 30 days, Last 90 days, Last 12 months, Previous year or Date range.

   Set your own date range

   When you choose Date range, the From and To fields appear. If you set a From date later than the To date, the app adjusts the other date so the range stays valid.

   Choose the treatment status

   In the treatment status section, choose Completed, Planned or All.

   Refresh the data

   Pull the screen down to refresh Analytics.

Summary cards

At the top of the screen are the Treatments, Spending and Top product cards. Top product shows the product used most often in the chosen period, when there is data to show.

Charts

1. 1

   Treatment activity

   Shows the number of treatments in each month of the chosen period.

2. 2

   Monthly spending

   Shows your spending over time. Record your product purchases if you want fuller cost data.

3. 3

   Water usage

   Shows the amount of water recorded for treatments that use water.

4. 4

   Product usage

   Shows product use in litres and kilograms by month.

5. 5

   Spending by product type

   Groups your spending by product type, where your products have types assigned.

   Treatments by field

   Shows the fields where the most treatments were recorded.
