Products and your collection

The Products tab is where you keep your own collection of the products you use. A product has to be in your collection before you can pick it quickly in the treatment form.

Your product collection

Your collection is your list of products, chosen from the app’s database or created by you. When you add spraying, fertilizing or fertigation, you only see the products you actually use.

   Open Products

   Go to the Products tab. If the list is empty, tap Add your first product. After that, use the Add button in the top right corner.

   Search for a product

   On the Add products screen, type the product name in the search box or use the filters.

   Narrow the results with filters

   You can filter by whether a product is organic, by application method, product type, crops, threats and active substances.

   Add the product to your collection

   Tap Add next to a product from the database, or open the product details and use the add button in the header.

   Use the product in a treatment

   Once it is in your collection, the product is available in the treatment form, in the Reason and products step.

What the product details show

The product details can show photos, product types, the PPP (plant protection product) marker, the application method, the spray type, the authorisation number, active substances, a description, PDF labels, related crops, the threats it controls and the dosage from the label.

For plant protection products, the active substances and the authorisation number matter most. You can open the PDF label in its professional or non-professional version, where one is available for the product. The database, its labels and authorisation numbers come from the Polish register of plant protection products.

Your own product

If a product is not in the app’s database, or you want to record your own mix, you can create a custom product. On the Add products screen, tap Custom.

   Add a product photo

   The photo is optional, but it helps you recognise the product in the list later.

   Enter a name

   The product name is required. Enter the full name as you want to see it in treatments and exports.

   Choose the product type

   You can choose one or more types: Insecticide, Acaricide, Fungicide, Bactericide, Herbicide, Fertilizer, Growth regulator, Adjuvant, Biostimulant, Fumigant, Molluscicide, Repellent or Zoocide.

   Mark it as a PPP if needed

   Turn on the Plant protection product (PPP) switch if the product is a plant protection product. For farms in Poland, that means a product authorised by the MRiRW. It matters because only these products go into the plant protection register export.

   Add notes

   Notes are optional. You can record your own remarks, where the product comes from, how you use it or anything else you need.

   Save the product

   Finally, tap Save product. Your custom product is created and added to your collection.

My dosage

My dosage is the amount of product, and optionally water, that you usually use with a given product. You can set it for a custom product when you create or edit it, and for a product from the database once it is in your collection.

   Add a dosage to a custom product

   In the custom product form, fill in the My dosage section. Enter the product amount and unit, and optionally the water amount and unit.

   Add a dosage to a product from the database

   Open a product that is already in your collection, go to the Dosage tab and, in the My dosage section, tap Add a dosage.

   Edit a saved dosage

   If a dosage is already saved, tap Edit, change the values and choose Save.
