Adding a worker

A worker is the person, operator, employee or team who carries out a treatment. Adding workers helps you check later who did the work on your farm.

What is required

Only the Worker name is required. It can be a first and last name, the name of a team, or whatever you call the person on your farm. The worker’s photo and Notes are optional.

   Open Workers

   Go to the More tab and choose Workers. If you do not see it, go to More, choose Preferences, open Feature visibility and turn on Workers.

   Add a new worker

   Tap the Add button in the top right corner.

   Enter a name

   Enter a first and last name, an operator name or a team name, for example John Smith, Tractor driver or Orchard crew.

   Add a photo if you like

   A profile photo makes the person easier to recognise in the list and when you pick a worker for a treatment.

   Fill in the notes

   In the Notes field, you can record extra details, such as qualifications, equipment or the kind of work this person or team does. This field is optional.

   Save the worker

   Tap Add worker. From now on, you can pick this person in the treatment form.

The worker in a treatment

When you add or edit a treatment, you can pick the worker in the Details and confirmation step. If the list is empty, you can add a new worker without leaving the form.
